yes but it does effect other religious communities and for a matter of fact there is no where writeen that we can not eat meat. in the four kurdiths it only says we can not eat halal. so i do have a problem with halal because i DO eat meat and i know a lot of sikh people who eat meat. the question isnt about do or don't its the matter of principle!!
