I am part of the organizing team for VIBELLUTION, which is a culturally conscious music concert that is patronized by the ministry of culture. Through which we hope to showcase young Jordanian bands' talents, and expose them as musicians rather than instrument players hoping for quick cash!

One essential condition for participating bands is that they'll be required to play original music, regardless of the genre. Therefore, VIBELLUTION will present an interesting mix of western influenced music ranging from Funk, Rap, Hip Hop, Classic Gypsy to various streams of Rock, all originally composed by local ambitious bands who are also influenced by oriental sounds.

The concert will be held on Thursday September 29, 2005 at the King Hussein Theatre/ Amman Municipality in Ras Al Ain at 7:30 pm.
Tickets are for 5 JD and can be found at prime mega stores, prime pictures (Deir Ghbar), books@cafe, and wild Jordan. They're also available at the door. Convenience convenience!

Since this might be the first event of it's kind in Jordan, your attendance is important to bring out the best in local talents, to help provide them with with new frontiers and opportunities, and to call out your voices in demand for better quality of music in the country!
