I dont think this is the question you really want to ask? Regardless if god exists or not what you are looking for and people who ask the same qestion you just have is a reason to believe in something. Deep down people want to believe in something and when they ask questions such as this what they are really looking for is not god per say but anything to believe and when something arrests their attention and find it interesting that is when the belief kicks in. So does god exist? maybe but what are you looking to believe in?

See the others replies for all posts over this groups, I guess it should be about 70 percent where in a part the talks turns into this way .. when talked about precognitio, philosophy vs. science, humankind, somebody always turns the dialogues into a question about God.

Gods: Jugding from all the mythologies and religions known through history, there should be a lot of them around. If it's not everybody's illusions, then. Public discussion of personal beliefs? Not my cup of te, and hardly philosophy, as I see it.

There really is no way to prove whether God exists or doesn't exist. Whatever you believe is really a question faith, for example Atheism is a belief. What for you personally would constitute proof for the existence of God?
