after 10 years experience plus 4 years study in additions to conferences,exhibitions, courses and researches i could make topical designs of plans like concrete blocks factory, tiles plans, stones manufacture and the like. but unfortunately, my team stole my designs and sold them to engineering bureaus...you know i'm a civil engineer and responsible for granting buildings licences to the citizens in Mosul City and therefore everyday i see my stolen designs in the documents i receive from the people...i feel sad..those thieeves earn much money while i was the one who put those designs...they stole my work...

  

design of factories is not easy..it needs a good experience like positions of equipments, control space, footings of mixers and accessories, tanks, pollution-treatment...so on.. my design contained a set of sheets like site plan, foundation-plan, structural details, sanitary system, sections and elevations , views, finishing details, air-conditioning, water -supply system, electricity layouts, roof-plan and others...i'm so sad..i wanna cry..i worked so hard but i got nothing..

  

the other engineers imitate what i did before..they take my thoughts and ideas to invest and earn money..i'm the only loser...my work is always free and stolen..i waanna cry...

  

they copy my reports,prices lists, design sheets,CD rooms..so on..finally i found my work everywhere: local engineering bureaus, offices of the local contractors and even at my directorate..everyone does not know that work belongs to me...they use my projects in their names..so they are the best while i'm zero..i wanna cry

  

i will try to move to another department..i started to hate my job and buildings construction..they gave me nothing but pain and frustration..i wanna cry

  

actually i'm thinking of changing my specialization from a designer and supervisor into a technician at the laboratory..because i love to test materials and samples to copare with US or BS specification and standards...

  

by the way all the chieves of departments want me..so i can move to any department i want..like environment department, estates department, restoration department, agricultural dept., road and pavement dept. technical dept., service dept.,....so on...i think i'll get a future at another department!!!

  

but i don't wanna be a boss..it's true i'm now assistant-cheif engineers but i wanna stay ordinary engineer..i don't like that responsibility...

i draw by Auto CAD, 3D MAX,and by a board and T-square (by hand)...i don't know free hand drawing because it's specialization of the art. engineer who has an imagination and rules of shades plus standards of dimensions and the like...
