well...all that can be said is to just write what you feel is going to be the best and if other people don't like it then thats fine...at least you do which is all that matters...and just show it around if you wanna get it published who knows...you just might show it to someone who has connections to get it published...i managed to do that with a poem but declined the offer...i really don't want to do that kind of thing all my life

The best thing it's to send y matterial to a publishing house. First y fing their internet site, then y try to contact them by e-mail and ask if they are interested. Don't be dissapointed if they refuse y the first time. my uncle got published in his 10'th attempt so start writing mails already :D. It's better if y find a important publlisher witnh a large market share or someone whu it's specialized in what your subjects are.
Or if you don't care about the money you can publish y marterial here. I will be happy to read :D

That is all in good, but first you need to finish your work, publishers hate when your stuff isnt finished and edit it at least five times(trust you will find mistakes or something that needs to be rearranged) and then have at least two people read that like that kind of writing and when you feel its ready, go out an research publishers first, just dont find one on the web and hope its a real one and not a scammer. like morealmpubs, and publish america. victoria strauss has a great site where if you have a company in question, you can send her an email and she will look into it for you aswell. and good lluck. And my only advice to all writers, write about what you know and know what you write. Nothing makes a story terrible than someone who is a general and constantly just charges in. have a good future
