الصور الحديثة التي التقطت للبحار قد اثبتت أن بحار الدنيا ليست موحدة التكوين .. بل هي تختلف في الحرارة والملوحة والكثافة ونسبة الأوكسجين .. وفي صورة التقطت بالاقمار الصناعية .. ظهر كل بحر بلون مختلف عن البحر الآخر .. فبعضها أزرق قاتم وبعضها أسود وبعضها أصفر .. وذلك بسبب اختلاف درجات الحرارة في كل بحر عن الآخر .. وقد التقطت هذه الصورة بالخاصية الحرارية وبالأقمار الصناعية ومن سفن الفضاء .. وظهر خط أبيض رفيع يفصل بين كل بحر وآخر قال تعالى : ( مَرَجَ الْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ * بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ ) نجد أن وسائل العلم الحديث قد وصلت إلى تصوير البرزخ بين البحرين .. وبينت معنى ( لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ) بأن مياه أي بحر حين تدخل إلى البحر الآخر عن طريق البرزخ فلا تبغي مياه بحر على مياه بحر آخر فتغيرها.
