I love watching people squirm when criticised. Its great! I don't really like cabbages , but they're fantastically enigmatic things to bring into conversation.

The Shawshank Redemption - what a film. A Clockwork Orange - hooray for Malcolm McDowell, you bezoomny lewdies. The book is better, though. Trainspotting - great film, as is the book. They're totally different from one another, but both are fantastic. There's probably more, but that'll do.

The Prisoner- be seeing you.
Favorite Books
Philosophy is good in general, as is dystopian fiction. Have also become a fan of Chaucer recently, I get a kick out of reading middle english - it's a powerful voice from the past. I'd like to read more Anthony Burgess, but I haven't got round to it yet. Sartre is good, but only in french.

i'm damned to don't have any cabbage that would give a shade of green to my life.. well i will persist in finding a vegetable that would enlighten my damnation. by whome you ask... i could give a simple answer "god" but i don't really agree with creating illusions just to lighten our little lifes. and if god would exist it would be ridiculas to reproach him your limites as he never promissed us anything at our birth. mefisto damned faust, but he was just the diformed of the nice doctor sorry about my english, it's not so good..
Hello Al -- I have to beg to differ with your nomination of The Village People as a candidate for the "worst of the 1990's" ... Personally, I think they were a very uplifting and unifying force.
