Today i saw this TV commercial about African Orphans ...
A girl of about 6 or 7 years with her brother not more than 3 or 4 years old .... they asked the young girl "Do you miss your mother?" she said in African "yes" ... "When she was here she did everything ....", she started crying slightly now, and she tried to wipe it all out, " but now that she is dead i do everyting while my dad is sick.."Her little Brother started sobbing puting his hands over his little eyes, shaking, & never looking up just like all other kids cry .. those in the USA, UK, France, Saudi Arabia, Turky, JOrdan,.... right there in Africa ... he cried all the same ..... then more tears escaped through his sister's hands ...
A couple of seconds after that, the screen said: "And their Father died shorly afterwards..".... the boy leaned over his sister's lap and sobbed his life away ....
Yes perhaps we hear of these stories everywhere... but does that make this incident any less tradgic?!....
The concept of death is hard enough for whom we refere to as "adults" .... did it hit you if that kid understood what happened to his mother? or does he think she is probably stuck some where and she'll find her way back soon?! what is death to this child when he does not even know what birth is?


I guess from now on .... no matter how bad the day gets .. or how sick and tired you get ... You have to know that at the end of the day... You are the lucky one ...

There was another kid i would have like to write about but perhaps in another Journal...
