    we don`t like it...we fear it.. but we can`t stop it for coming..

we either adopt to change..or  we get left behind..

  it hurts to grow and anybody who tells you it doesn`t, it`s lying.

   but here is the truth: the more things change, the more they stay the same... and sometimes.... sometimes change is good...       sometimes...
